"We had a wonderful stay at Sunday River Resort – Jordan Hotel. The hotel is well equipped, and the service was excellent. For the first time in 10 years, we watched the first rays of sunlight and the sunrise emerging behind the beautiful, colorful autumn mountains from our bedroom balcony. "A better name would be the Sugarloaf Bunker. We arrived to an overheated building and room at about 85 degrees Fahrenheit. Staff did respond to my phone call, but the building was still uncomfortably hot next morning. Very cramped room and small bathroom. It took most of the night to cool the room. Leaf blower started outside our room at 6:45 a.m. Balcony chairs were all broken. Poor sleep. Better luck next time."
"We felt 110 percent wellcome in this old fashioned hotel. Everything clean and no detail is overlooked. Small quiet town, several restaurants within walking distance.
Only negative is no refrigerator and only one choice of a bit small portions of very tastefull homemade breakfast.
Overall a great stay.
