"This is our go to place to stay in Elko, I love telling people about it because it’s a hidden gem!"

"First the TV did not work then after a long night of gambling and parting are keys did not work, not once but twice we had to go to the front desk to get them replaced."

"Extremely Disappointing Stay – Avoid This Hotel The condition of this hotel was absolutely unacceptable. The carpet looked filthy, as if there were dog urine stains everywhere, which made the room feel disgusting. The walls were beat up, the curtains were torn, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Overall, the room felt neglected and poorly maintained. I would not stay here again, even if it were my last option. Save yourself the disappointment and spend your money somewhere else....

"If I could give zero stars I would. I got into my room, late check in. Man who I don’t think even worked there had his bare feet up on the desk. He had to go to the back and get the receptionist. An extremely poorly kept and disgusting lady came out and was none too kind about getting me to my room. I get into my room. No lights and it was HOT. I turned on the AC and immediately left to get dinner. I get back and it’s hotter than it was before. The AC didn’t work. Plus the unit was half torn...

"Old hotel with old rooms."

"I like the American Inn however after building heat went out, then power went out, and I saw a mouse in my room, I am going to try a different hotel on my next trip in Elko."

"Hotellet ligger lige ved freeway 80 og er et godt overnatningshotel. Der er morgenmad på nærliggende restaurant."
