Even on a super busy weekend where they were sold out they were more then capable then accommodating early check in. They did say they couldn’t guarantee it but would do their best. "Very comfortable and quiet place to stay around lots of places. They’re doing construction around the area so it’s kind of annoying to get to, but otherwise it’s great. Staff were very nice and accommodating. The only thing I had to complaint was that a hand towel was in the room and there was hair on it and the room had just been cleaned. "This is a beautiful hotel with large, spacious rooms. Staff were very friendly. The continental breakfast was great and we were a 3 min walk across the street to West Edmonton Mall. I would absolutely stay here again!"
