"The hotel was great, and the manager was amazing! However, my experience with Expedia was terrible. They were unhelpful and never called me back. I will definitely stay at that hotel again, but I will NEVER use Expedia again! I give Expedia 0 stars! I accidentally booked the hotel for a different day, and Expedia did nothing to assist me. Fortunately, the hotel manager placed us in a fantastic room and offered us better rates than Expedia!"

"We had actually booked a hotel at a different spot. We showed up and it was horrible. Immediately canceled and rebooked at Hilton Gardens Inn Tampa.
Super clean. Customer service was great. We stayed for one night, and were out late. When we came back to the hotel there wasn’t people lingering around the area, and I felt safe walking to our room with my kids.
There isn’t much parking, but aside from that it was a nice hotel. "

"The staff especially Elisabeth was awesome. So helpful and sweet. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. The only problem was that we couldn’t walk very easily to anything. If you come and have a car to get around in I highly recommend the hotel!!!"
