BEACH DETAILS:
The house is located by Colonial Acres Beach. It's a great beach for kids of all ages, which is why we purchased this home! The water is very calm and there's plenty of space on the beach so that you aren't on top of someone else. You can go crabbing off of the bridge and fishing off the jetty. It's is also great for kayaking down the inlet, with little islands and wildlife to explore. We enjoy watching the fireworks off the beach every forth of July. This beach Is a great place to relax and read a book, and a little known treasure.

We are located in the middle of Cape Cod - near lots of restaurants, activities, family attractions, bike trails, fishing, shopping and the ferries that take you to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. You will love staying in this area.

Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times. This is monitored with outside cameras. No Locals are allowed to book.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules you will be responsible for all costs associated.
