A delightful 2 bed / 2 bath Ranch Cape Cod escape is ready for your enjoyment! Spacious living room with hardwood floors, wood burning fireplace insert. TV with Google TV streaming for watching national or local news, sports, and entertainments.
The kitchen has an eat-in table and chairs that can be seated up to 6 people with a window that overlooks the fenced-in & private back yard where you can either relax by sitting next to the fire pit or laying down on 2-person hammock to catch a cool breeze from the ocean not too far away. If you still have enough energy after a long day at the beach there are games like a volleyball or badminton, horseshoe game and more being set up for your extra fun activities.
Two spacious bedrooms can sleep up 7 people with ample closet space - There is a light & bright bonus room with new slider connected to the deck.
First floor laundry / bathroom combo right by the interior garage access.
The best part is ... the location! Talk about convenience! Steps to the Cape's classic Captain Parkers Restaurant, Sharky's Beach Shop, Pirates Cove, Scalley's Irish Ale House and more. Sun, sand & flip flops - plant your beach chairs on Seagull Beach, just under 2 miles down scenic roads.

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. Located in a central spot on the cape, with a great beach in walking distance! Huge backyard, comfy space in the house and the updated ACs were exactly what we needed after spending days out at the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

As Promised, A Great Place to Enjoy Your Vacation on the Cape.

The property was as described. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Beautiful, large, fenced-in back yard. TV in the living room and master bedroom. 3 mini-splits which keep the entire home nice and cool. Right off of Rt. 28, in Yarmouth. Easy commute to many of the major attractions. Practically across the street from Pirate's Cove mini golf. Less than a mile and a half from a Dairy Queen blizzard or a visit to the the Candy Co. shop, an annual tradition. The home was fully stocked with everything that we needed. Communication with the host was exceptional. I could easily have given this review 5 stars, but gave it 4 stars (because 4.5 wasn't available) for two reasons only. First, when we arrived there were a lot of sugar ants throughout the house. At least they were sugar ants and not the big nasty ones. Anyway, texted the host about the ants and they had the ant traps Prime delivered the very next day. Great communication and response from the host. Still, the ants were an issue so knocked the review down a little. The only other reason to knock the review down a little was the early check-out time. The check-out time should never be before 11am. I'd rather check-in later, say at 4pm, then have to check out on the earlier side. The extra hour would certainly provide us with the ability to help out the cleaners. Regardless of whether this is a 4 star or 5 star review, my family and I highly recommend this home for your next vacation on the Cape.

Great Week!

We had such a great time. It was fun cooking with friends and hanging out with others who live close by. The house is comfortable and the location made it easy to get to the beaches! (A bit of whimsy to share: When we got there there was milk in the fridge so we left one behind at the same volume - kind of like topping up the fuel in a rental car) Just an overall great time and memories.

Cozy, Clean, and Comfortable!

My girlfriends and I were looking for a cozy weekend getaway to celebrate one of our friends engagement and to have a nice girls night-in. We were so glad to have found this hidden gem near the Cape area from Thi. The house is nicely furnished, clean,spacious, and very comfortable. We especially love having a backyard grill to cook our meal and firepit for night time s'mores under the stars. Our host Thi was also very accommodating and was quick to answer all our questions and attentive to our needs. Best of all, Seagull Beach was only a 5 min drive down the street and the house was also close to were diners, restaurants and grocery stores. We visited Ann and Fran's diner and then off to the Seagull Beach in the afternoon. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we recommend checking it out if you're in the area. You will be happy you did!

Great trip to the Cape

Thi was a great owner - he was quick and responsive to any issue that came up during our stay. The “relax” room didn’t have a futon as shown in the listing, just a regular loveseat. The backyard is huge and was great for our kids to run around in between Cape adventures.

A wonderful and lovely home

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Upon walking into the house I was immediately struck by how CLEAN it was!!! I mean, not a dust bunny to be found. It was just my husband and myself but this house can easily sleep 8 people, with another 2 if you want to use the pull out couch. It has a huge fenced in yard and the neighborhood was nice as well. It’s located near many restaurants. You would have to drive to the beach. The owner is extremely pleasant and responds to any inquiries right away. I would definitely rent this home again. I highly recommend it.

Everything you need and more!

A great place to stay for larger families or those with pets! The hosts provided every amenity you could need: well stocked kitchen, extra towels, cleaning products, a variety of outdoor activities in their large fenced yard. etc. The property is one where you will feel immediately at home and where you can relax with your feet up. Although the window air conditioners were a bit noisy at night, we were able to turn off the one in our bedroom, leaving the others on to keep us cool. The hosts were very quick to respond to our messages and checked in with us to confirm that we found everything and to answer any further questions. We've stayed in VRBO properties several times and Thi and Phuong Nguyen were the best hosts we've stayed with! We will definitely stay here again when we are in the Yarmouth area!

Family friendly

Thi was very responsive when I had questions and the house was great for our family, our dog too. The yard was huge with an outdoor shower, games and a fire pit. Location was great, walking distance to restaurants, mini golf, etc. Short ride to Sea Gull beach, or bike ride if you brought your own.

Great Stay in the Cape

Our Family had a wonderful stay here and found the home to be clean, well equipped and easy to check in/out. Back yard was wonderful for the puppy and kids, we enjoyed it. Locally lots to do, seagull beach 5 min drive, baseball games 8 min drive and so much more. Traffic is a bit crazy on the main strip but house is on quite side road which was nice. Highly recommend the seafood market next door to the lobster boat restaurant.

Nice House, Convenient Location

Nice house in a quiet residential area, a short drive from lots of attractions (Seagull Beach, Hyannis and one of the Martha's Vineyard ferries, inflatable park) and actually within walking distance of several restaurants and the pirate museum. Had a great stay!

Great location, large backyard and comfy!

The property is in a great location and quiet neighborhood. It has a large fenced in backyard which would be great for families and dogs. The property was clean and comfortable. The only thing we missed were screens in the bedroom windows and the slider to the backyard so we could open them for the lovely Cape breeze but as we were out most of the time and sat on the back deck it was not a big issue for us. Enjoyable stay!

Very nice place to stay.

This was a really nice property to stay in.. The bedrooms were nice, both bathrooms were adequate (one much bigger than the other), and the kitchen and living room were great spaces. We really enjoyed our stay!!

First Cape Cod visit

Our first visit to the Cape. Check in/check out process was easy. The house was well stocked and very clean. Upon our arrival the accommodations, however were not as pictured. The one room was to have two queens and a set of bunk beds. The bunk beds were moved to the other room. Traveling with teenagers this was a bit difficult, as we were paying and expecting for everyone to have their own beds in that room. We made due. When questioned, we were told it was an ordinance thing and pictures had not been updated. I understand that but there should have been communication about it prior. There was also a fish tank in the living room, no instructions on if they needed to be fed, but the tank was in bad need of a cleaning. The house had a big backyard for our two dogs to run and play. The house is a 15+ drive to attractions. Owner communication was amazing.

Lovely Cape Cod house

Lovely house and setting for us to spend a couple of weeks working in some place other than our apartment. Had everything we needed and the dog loved the enclosed backyard. Thanks to the Nguyens for their quick response to our questions.

The house was exactly what we were looking for.

This house was perfect. It was very comfortable , clean and we'll stocked. Our dog loved the fenced in yard. We enjoyed sitting in the yard and relaxing after a busy day of site seeing. Everything was right there. We will be back next year. Thank you for having us at your house.

Great home!

We had a great stay at this property and really enjoyed our time in the area. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog, and the home was very comfortable. There were a ton of kitchen and bathroom supplies on hand, and the host was very responsive and kind. The location is perfect, right off of 28 and a great walk to the beaches or local restaurants. The beds mostly have very firm mattresses, so we slept on one of the full beds versus the larger one, since it had the most comfortable mattress to us. Overall, a great stay!
