The Space:
First Floor Details:

Unwind after a day of skiing or hiking in the large family room. Featuring a 65” Roku TV, a variety of board games and a large pull out couch, this large communal space is a great place to gather and spend time with friends and family.

In addition, you’ll find plenty of living space on the first floor. A large dining area with seating for 8, looks into the family room. Downstairs you’ll also find the kitchen, two full bathrooms, as well as the first floor primary bedroom with a queen sized bed.



Kitchen:

This quaint galley kitchen is fully stocked with plates, glasses, utensils, pots and pans.

Second Floor Details:

Upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms and a half bath. In the first of the upstairs bedrooms you’ll find a full and twin bed, with a large closet. Across the hall is the third bedroom with two twin beds and ample closet space.

Parking:

Parking is in the front yard to the left. There is room for 4 cars.

Other Things to Note:

In addition to numerous ski mountains just a short drive away, there are many things to do in the area. The home is just 10 minutes to Londonderry Village where you’ll find a local grocery store, beautiful farmers market in the summer months and various eateries. We’re also just 10 minutes to Jamaica State Park. Take a short hike out to Hamilton Falls to spend the day swimming under a waterfall.

Other Things to Note:
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you concurrently agree to all terms of the rental agreement upon arrival at the Property grounds.
-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions.

-Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss.

-We are unable to make any exceptions from our cancellation policy. We recommend that you explore traveler's insurance as a means to safeguard your travel plans.

-Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to a limited amount, as specified in your rental contract, for Property damage (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.

-The fireplace in the property is not to be used, it is not in working order.
