"My accommodations was across the street from the beachfront, but my room was clean, the A/C, shower water pressure, and comfort of my room was excellent. The grills by the poolside were cleaned, we grilled hanged out by the pool deck. Friends of ours stayed at the beachfront and while the rooms were clean the A/C and water pressure was not good at all. Our overall stay was excellent and I would stay there again."

"The Timor bar is amazing and the staff is very knowledgeable. The cleaning service did walk in without knocking once but they apologized and kept the facility clean. The elevator is usually packed so a lower floor is a good choice but if you do go higher up room 581 is a partial view but you can see everything."

But when I got there on Saturday, the office was closed—I later found out they don’t work weekends. I had to go to another address to pick up the keys, which was confusing since I hadn’t been given any clear instructions or a map of the resort.
I paid ahead for parking and pool bracelets, but I never got the pool gate code. I had to rely on other guests to share...
