● Cameras initiate recording only in response to motion, respecting your privacy.
● Cameras are not present in bedrooms, private areas, bathrooms, or inside the home, ensuring complete indoor and backyard privacy.
● Our noise alert monitoring system, measuring decibel levels, ensures consideration for neighborhood tranquility. It sends automatic alerts to hosts, allowing prompt communication with guests.
● An occupancy detection device notifies hosts if occupancy exceeds expectations.
● We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
● Parking is limited to one (1) vehicle on the driveway. Parking on the road is permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
