"There was a coffee pot, no coffee, one filter. I had to go to the office to get coffee. They were very generous with the coffee but I was already in my pajamas and ready to leave the coffee ready for the morning when I noticed there was no coffee. It was inconvenient because it's at a different location so I had to drive to pick up the coffee. Other the stay was perfect. The food at the restaurant was excellent."

"This property was very beautiful as was the hospitality of Magdela. We would highly recommend staying here. The tranquility mixed with solitude was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. Finding so many beach treasures was the biggest highlight for us each. Especially the red and blue seaglass pieces, along with rose , brown , white , aqua, turquoise , and green. "Skid proof mat and bar handles for bath and shower are needed as we felt a bit insecure. Also, cups/glasses could be available. TV service was minimal but we didn't stay to watch TV, though a local channel for news could have been nice. On the other hand, the room was lovely and spacious; mattress was super bringing about a fine night's sleep."

"Property was modern, clean, and well appointed. Locations was great and we enjoyed how close to town it was. It should be noted that the “hot tub” is a jetted indoor tub. The wifi was out for our unit during our stay but we were contacted prior to arrival and given the upstairs wifi information so it was not an issue."

"We had a wonderful stay at Whale of a View. We had an amazing view and spent hours watching eagles catching fish from the decks. Cozy house with everything we needed. The owner is very nice and called to check in with us as a major storm was approaching. Everything was amazing and we are looking forward to coming back!"

"We were blessed to snap up a last minute cancelation at Whale of a View cottage. It was our first time staying on Campobello and we were not disappointed. While the cabin hasnt been updated recently it is clean and comfortable. The kids loved the bunkbeds, tire swing and hammock. We all enjoyed the screened porched and smores around the fire pit. Even though it was cool my wife enjoyed the quiet solitude of the Eagles Nest gazebo for morning devotions. We had two separate whale sightings and the...

"After a wonderful stay at the Starfish Cottage a few years ago, I came back with my mom for a second visit. The cottage is perfect and well-maintained -- the views from the main bedroom, kitchen, and deck can't be beat. We were greeted on our first morning by a bald eagle in the backyard and thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay. Looking forward to coming back again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed this lovely house. There was plenty of room to relax. The heated in ground salt water pool was a great spot to unwind at the end of the day. We enjoyed walking to the Lubec Brewing Company and local shops. I would recommend that visitors bring their passports as the bridge to Campobello Island is so close! We hope to rent again next year!"
