"when we arrived to check in on Saturday at 6 pm someone was still living in apartment, we were told it would take two hours more to get in, was not acceptable after driving 18 hours to get there,had to fine new accommodations,talk to owner and was told we would get full refund, will be waiting for it, if not you will hearing from our lawyer"

"The home itself has several strong features. The kitchen is modern and well‑appointed, the dining room is spacious, the bedrooms are generously sized, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The guest house was also a nice addition and provided extra space.That said, there were several issues that affected our stay. In the guest house, water leaked through the AC vents into the stairwell; we were advised by the owner to place a bucket underneath. The Wi‑Fi in the guest house did not work...
