This does depend on what time the guests from the night before leave, and unfortunately they did take their time checking out that morning.

Good afternoon. We are sorry we we unable to accomodate a refund for your early departure. The payment was done directly through Expedia, and we do have to follow Expedia guidelines when it comes to their reservations. Their policy states "Less than 2 days prior to arrival, All cancellations are charged the full cost of stay.". We do hope to see you again the future, and hope you book directly with the hotel for the most flexibility. Have a great day.

Hello. We do not sell more parking spaces than we have. If you booked a spot at check-in, that spot would still be available for you later in the evening. We do also offer a 4pm checkout on Sundays for 25 that is a popular option for our guests.
