Occasional new staff member since the last visit. Sometimes the arent the greatest. There is a skinny reddish hair man who likes to charge for water when in fact every other staff member has given it complementary.
Other than that a breakfast lady who appears to dislike her job. This will still be our top choice "

"I had a great stay! The hotel amenities were excellent—everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged.The bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft linens and supportive pillows that made for a restful night’s sleep. I left feeling refreshed and would absolutely stay here again!"

"Had a nice stay here! The highlight was definitely the really big pool — surprisingly large for a hotel, and a great spot to relax. Breakfast was okay; there were enough options to fill up, though the seating area felt a bit confusing and crowded at times. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the pool alone makes it worth considering if you’re in the area!"

Otherwise everything was perfect: bed slept well, bathroom was clean, kitchen had what was needed. They do not have an ice machine but the full size fridge allows you to make ice or the check in staff offered to go next door to Holiday inn and get us ice there. Other than the smell, this place was great. "

"We absolutely loved this hotel. Was close to all restaurants, shopping and a quick walk to the lake. Was clean food in the attached restaurant was great, customer service was wonderful. If I had to complain my only issue would be the rooms by the road are loud. So make sure to ask for a water view.

"An excellent hotel with friently staff, a good atmosphere, service funktions that worked, the possibility to wash one's own clother for two dollars instead of having to use expensive laundry services.
We have no coplaints whatsoever and highly recommend the hotel.

Being so close to both of these and right off the highway made this Holiday Inn location the optimal spot to stay for a casual trip."
