WHO IT`S FOR: Perfect for extended and multi-family trips, wedding guests, groups of couples, families travelling with grandparents, work or project crews, and event-goers who need several self-contained units close together.
YOUR SPACE
THREE SUITES: Enjoy the togetherness of one property with the privacy of separate apartment suites. Four bedrooms, three kitchens and two living rooms — plus a wide shared porch and garden made for gathering, BBQs, and slow island evenings.
WHY GROUPS PICK THIS OVER ONE BIG VILLA: Three separate suites mean three kitchens, multiple bathrooms, proper sleep separation, and privacy for each couple or family — all on one property, with shared outdoor space for coming together. Sleeps 8 in standard beds; up to 13 with extra beds (futons/aerobeds) set up on request — extra-guest fee applies.
Note: there is a fourth suite on premises which is occupied by a quiet person, who is discreet and respectful of your space.
ACCESS
🚪 Self Check-In (standard): There is no on-site office or reception. The property is set up for self check-in via door code.
🚪 Meet & Greet Check-In (on request): We`re happy to meet you in-person for check-in if you request it at least one day before arrival.
🚪 ONLINE CHECK-IN FORM: You will be required to complete an online check-in form where, for safety and security reasons, you must upload a Government Photo ID and verify key reservation details (e.g., whether you plan to bring pets). Optionally, you can provide your flight details and any special requests. If you have trouble completing the form online, you may message or email us the required information, and we will complete it on your behalf. 📌 Important: The online check-in form and security deposit must be received before we release the door code for your check-in.
BEACHES & SNORKELLING
Within walking distance, you’ll find: - Boggy Sands Beach Access (200m): A serene beach entrance via steps, perfect for a quick dip or a quiet moment by the water. - West Bay Public Beach (370m): A family-friendly spot with parking, gazebos, and restrooms. - Cemetery Beach (800m): Renowned as one of the best snorkeling spots on the island, with vibrant coral reefs teeming with marine life. It’s also the largest beach nearby, offering smooth walking access all the way down Seven Mile Beach.
Snorkeling Adventures Beyond: Macabuca is just a short drive away. Known for its spectacular snorkelling and diving opportunities, it’s also home to a popular waterfront restaurant where you can dine by the water and take a refreshing dip. Other must-visit snorkelling spots include Smith’s Cove and Eden Rock, both located along the George Town waterfront and easily accessible by car.
TRANSPORTATION
The best way to get around the island is by car. Free parking is available at the complex. Alternatively, for budget travellers, or if you`re just here to relax on the beach, the island has good bus transportation. The nearest bus stop is just around the corner at the West Bay four-way intersection.

Spacious and peaceful porch and large garden area. Equipped with table & chairs, picnic tables, BBQ, deck chairs and sun loungers, perfect for relaxation. This laid-back island-style retreat is adorned with palm trees, beautiful pink desert roses, and other local flora. For a unique touch, our garden is home to various fruit trees, including mango, naseberries, and moringa. Feel free to pick and savour these tropical fruits when they`re in season, for a fresh treat straight from our grounds.
ENVIRONMENT & LOCAL CHARM
- Community Cats: Meet our feline friends as part of our unique Community Cat Program. - Island Living: Cayman is home to free-roaming chickens and early morning roosters, a unique island feature that adds to the charm of our tropical environment. While many guests enjoy this quirky aspect of island life, light sleepers may wish to bring earplugs for added comfort.

1-NIGHT STAYS & MONTHLY STAYS
1-night stays are subject to availability. 1-night reservations incur a 20% surcharge, payable at least 1 day prior to check-in.
Monthly stays require a signed rental contract. Due to steep monthly discounts, there will be a starter pack of amenities, limited hospitality service and biweekly housekeeping (including bedding change).
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
- Refundable security deposit required. Payable at least 1 day prior to check-in. - Stays of 1-4 nights: A pre-authorised hold of USD 800 will be placed on your most recent card on file. No charge is captured unless in the (rare) event of damages or outstanding expenses. The hold is automatically released after checkout, assuming no issues. - Stays of 5+ nights: The security deposit will be charged to your card and fully refunded within 7-14 days after checkout, assuming no damages or outstanding expenses. - Monthly stays (28+ nights): Security deposit of USD 3000 is required.
The full deposit is refunded/released after checkout, provided no damages or outstanding expenses.
TERMS
We reserve the right to relocate guests to comparable or upgraded accommodation at no additional cost if the booked unit becomes unavailable for operational reasons.
Full detailed Terms will be sent to you upon confirming your booking. If you`re not happy with our Terms or made a mistake with your reservation, we always give a 1-hour grace period for cancelling your booking for free from our end should you wish to do so.
NOTE: We strongly recommend securing travel insurance before booking for peace of mind. Breach of House Rules may result in fees, loss of security deposit, eviction and/or immediate cancellation without refund: *No loud music, events, or gatherings/parties. *Adhere to the listing`s maximum occupancy limit. *No candles or open flames indoors or on the porches or patios. *Strictly no smoking (including e-cigarettes or vaping) indoors or on the porch or patios. *No illegal substances or activities on the premises. *Pets allowed only with prior approval and adherence to our pet policy. *No interfering with the external security camera system or WiFi equipment. *Registered guests only. No third party bookings, assigns transfers or sublets. Visitors staying beyond three hours are considered additional occupants and should be registered as part of your guest group. *Respect the property and its contents. Treat them with care and consideration. Our booking terms will be provided in your booking confirmation, allowing a one-hour grace period for cancellation if our terms are not agreeable to you
