More disappointed to know, there is no GEM appointed to our room. The front desk staff claimed that only villa guest will be entitled a GEM as there are more than 100 rooms in the property to cope with. Can’t help My high expectations of Six senses brand dropped to the bottom as I was wowed by the level of service...

"This was one of the best hotels in one of the best locations we have been to. Our stay was fantastic and the service was absolutely exceptional. Despite not speaking any Chinese, we had no problem communicating with the hotel staff in English and they went the extra mile in providing us the most memorable stay at the Six Senses.

"This was one of the most family friendly hotels at which we have ever stayed. Our room was filled with small details that made it enjoyable and inviting for a family with small children. There was a step stool for brushing teeth, padding on corners for safety, and a fun little play area. My 4 year old says the room was "awesome." The staff was continually helpful and kind. Excellent all around!"
