Ground Floor

Entrance hall with stairs to first floor.

Sitting/dining area: A bright light and spacious, sociable space with large L- shaped sofa, feature gas fireplace, Smart TV, dining table with chairs and bench seat and French doors opening out to a garden room.

Garden room: with doors to the rear garden.

Kitchen: modern fitted kitchen, well-equipped with a electric hob, built in oven and microwave, integral fridge and freezer, integral dishwasher, washing machine and a wine cooler. Side door to garden.

Ground floor bedroom 3: Lovely room with a double bed (4'6"), bedside tables and lamps and a hanging rail.

Shower room: with large walk-in shower, hand basin, heated towel rail and WC.

The stairs from the hallway are not steep and there is a hand rail. There are electric fans, 2 located in master bedroom and 1 located in twin bedroom

First Floor

Bedroom 1: A beautiful room with a feature wall. Furnished with a king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, hairdryer and a TV.

En-suite cloakroom: with hand basin and WC.

Bedroom 2: Good-sized room with twin beds, bedside table and lamp, hairdryer, two chest of drawers and a large built-in wardrobe.

En-suite bathroom: with corner shower cubicle, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Please note; There is a highchair and fans at the house.for guests use. Guests are provided with a luxury welcome pack and 2 bathrobes in the master bedroom. and in each bathroom a bottle of all in one hair and body shampoo and conditioner.

Outside

There is a large front driveway with parking for two to three cars.

At the back is a garden laid to lawn and a terrace with comfortable rattan outside seating with cushions.

With such a great central location it is only minutes walk to Wells' varied selection of independent shops and places to eat, as well as the quay. The beach may easily be reached on foot, or via an electric classic "Charabanc Bus"
