"No elevator. The whole hotel smelled bad, inside and outside. Breakfast was decent"

"The room was dirty and smelled like a rest home. The service was terrible by the staff the manger was arguing with a maid in front of me without a care. The staff had no patience for you or yourconcerns. The equipment they were using like the debit card reader would not work."

"I will never stay at another Hampton after this experience. You are told one thing and then they do another bc you booked with a third party. I have never been talked to the way the general manager (Ana) at this property communicated with me. The night manager was helpful but has no authority because what he told me the property manager refused to uphold Beds were also terrible and breakfast wasn't refilled at 8am when we went down. Worst hotel experience overall."

"Everyone was helpful and provided excellent customer service. Loved the location of our hotel in the domain because it was central to dining and shopping. The restroom floor was a bit dirty and there were carpet stains but everything else was great. We loved the shower."
