Air conditioning was great. Comfortable bed with view of Arenal. They even have a jacuzzi hot tub in the room. Private patio with bistro to have a glass of wine while enjoying the mountain and gorgeous surroundings. Price was under $100. Coffee in room. Fridge, microwave and kitchen to cook if need be. "Amazing place and wonderful service! Easy to drive to, a bit of a rocky road but was NOT an issue to get up there. Definitely need a 4x4 SUV so the drive is safe. "

"From the time we got there, we felt rifht at home & safe. I was greeted at the front desk, the gentleman already knew my name. We had welcome drinks delivered to us seconds later. The place was amazingly clean. The hot springs are beautiful, we had them to ourselves most of the time. Highly recommend!"

"This hotel is a little gem. The staff is so kind, and welcoming! The rooms are spacious and clean. My kids were able to milk a cow, play in multiple hot springs, and enjoy a free breakfast that they loved. The grounds are so well kept, and the views of the volcano are amazing. "
