"Motel was great, as was the pizza place on site, plus Hole in One Doughnut place. We loved and very much appreciated your map snd brochure of beaches, places to eat etc. very well done! Location is perfect and the room was clean, modern and comfortable. Staff is friendly, helpful and lovely. Check-in and out was a breeze and took one minute. 100 percent recommend for couples and families."

"Our room was spotless. As was the bathroom. The extra sink and vanity area outside of the bathroom was very convenient. The homemade muffins were such a treat in the morning. The only downside was the pool not being in use."

"A long standing Orleans establishment with a long track record of happy customers. Clean, comfy beds, quick hot water, extra large fridge, updated rooms, delicious muffins. The ONLY thing I wish they had was separate reading lights. Trying to read while my wife was trying to sleep the only option is the overhead LED lights that shine directly over the bed. It would be a really nice to have option. "

"The staff were pleasant and helpful. We were able to use the complimentary bikes with ease - they even had a tire pump to use. The morning breakfast and nightly smores are a nice touch. The rooms were clean spacious and modern. There was great water pressure. The grounds were quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay again."

"We had a delightful stay. This B&B is conveniently situated along the west end of Commercial and very well run. The bed was super comfortable. The back deck and front were relaxing places to hang out, and the hot tub was clean. Stan was an exceptional host who gave us plenty of great ideas for our stay (things to do, where to eat, etc) and was also very friendly and all around helpful. We will definitely want to stay there again. "
