Hoteller i Weligalla

"Tricky to get to, small uncomfortable bed, very dirty, bottled water seen to have been bottled manually (didn't touch it, it had bits inside). Description mentioned 18 pools, we only saw one. Very poorly sound proofed. Not cheap (especially food). Pretty scenery all around."

"Had issues finding our booking, but overall a very great stay. Very nice rooms and facilities."

"Meget flot hotel og omgivelser."

"We stayed for three nights. Absolutely amazing hotel. Staff were amazing and specially we need to mention our butler, Sakunthala and she was great and made our stay extremely memorable and special. Food was amazing too. We wanted to see Kandy perahara and the general manager immediately contacted the manager from queens hotel Kandy, who got us excellent seats to watch the perahara. Staff were so friendly and made our trip truly enjoyable."

"Som altid mødt af venlighed og hjælpsomhed. Receptionen gør alt for at hjælpe med kørsel og spørgsmål. Poolområde og faciliteter yderst behagelig. Restauranten altid med kadau til kokken og tjenere! "

"Clean room,staff very helpful,great breakfast,views to die for x"

"From the reception we didnt hav good service and they were action or treating us like dont care. Resturent service was quite good and room was clean but outside of the room was not cleaned"

"We stayed at Simpson’s one week, and what a week. Staff very very kind and service minded. Facilities excellent in the middle of an area with amazing nature and great wildlife. Food excellent. We had the pleasure to make local food with one of the chefs and travel to knuckles mountains, explore the tea plantage and may other exiting adventures. We will be back again as soon as possible:-)"

"Das Serendip Hotel liegt eigentlich traumhaft - aber in the middle of nowhere. Ohne telefonisches Anfordern eines tuktuk geht nichts. Das Personal war sehr freundlich aber wenig geschult. Die Zimmer wurden in den vier Tagen (von zwölf gebuchten) nicht einmal gemacht. Expedia sollte darauf hinweisen dass es ein prima geignetes Hotel ist für einen stop over in Kandy aber als Standorthotel eher ungeignet."

"Excellent location to view the elephants in the river at good price. Staff were very attentive, nice pool and great breakfast. 4pm checkin was a bit of a pain, but we understand the reason why. 12pm checkout means you get see the elephants the next morning."

"Good customer service. There was unexpected rain but they even changed our rooms for us. The workers were extremely polite and the breakfast was excellent. They were very helpful and kind with us, and I highly recommend this place for everyone."

"Bien situé. Calme. Très bon petit déjeuner. La directrice est très serviable."

"Dejlig fredeligt sted beliggende med fantastisk udsigt. Dog ingen sol v pool. Gennemført gammel engelsk stil. "
