"Everything about this place was just amazing! Pictures don’t even show the full beauty of this place. We thought the stairs to the dock would might be a little much but they were not at all and they are well lit with both led lights and accent lights. Mrs. Jody is probably the best host on this planet!"

"The house is beautifully decorated, cozy and had everything we needed! The owner is very accommodating and super responsive. The location is lovely. Only negative is that the road to the property is very rough. We had no trouble with our truck, but until we got to know the road, it was a bit troublesome in our Murano. I don’t want to leave the review on a negative, so I just want to say again how beautiful the property is. Angie is absolutely fantastic to work with."

"Wonderful property! Home was beautiful, clean, bed were comfortable. Host: Jimmy did an outstanding job making us feel so welcome. Beautiful weather until the rains came, but we loved being able to relax, and do nothing for a change!!! The view is to "die for". The path is steep, not for the faint of heart, but, worth the climb. Definitely worth another trip! Thanks so much Jimmy!!!"

"This was our first time in Alabama and we searched for a place on water. This place is beautiful - better than the photos show. Little things like local magazines and tasteful decor add to the experience. Owners were great to deal with. Lake Wedowee is a place we'll return to."

"This house was great for our large family weekend. It is very spacious and we had plenty of room to spread out and not feel cramped. There are tons of games and activities for everyone in our group, ranging from 1 to 68. The main kitchen was great for our meals and plenty of seating. The house was very clean on arrival with plenty of linens for the beds, baths and kitchen. The docks are great for fishing or playing in the water. This is our 2nd time renting this house and we will be back."

"Overall this was the best property we have rented from anyone!! The home is very cozy and relaxing. The kitchen comes stocked with anything you could need, just buy your food and you’ll be ready to go!! The beds are AMAZING. The views are great. I can’t recommend this place enough. The hosts are there to help with anything you need. Definitely a 10/10!!"

"We were thrilled to get to stay in this sweet little lake house. The house is perfectly situated on the lake. We loved the easiness of getting to the dock and being able to jump and play around it. The screened in porch is a DREAM! And the house itself is so comfortable. We did lots of cooking and was happy to find everything we needed from grilling burgers to making breakfast.. we had all the utensils and plates, etc that we needed. The beds were perfection and the sunroom was the perfect spot...
