"Dejligt hotel med en god pool i nærheden af den charmerende lille by Kennebunkport.
Servicen var helt i top og ved indtjekning fik vi en god introduktion til området incl. gode steder at parkere, hvad man bør se og hvilke strande der var bedst.
Selve værelset et standard værelse med to Queen senge og indeholdt hvad man forventer - hverken mere eller mindre. Værelset var pænt og rent.
Morgenmaden var en anelse bedre end den normale amerikanske morgenmadsbuffet.

"Var der 2 dage - hotellet ligger lidt for langt væk fra kysten, men har dog en lille pool.
Synes at værelset var meget mørkt og det er et problem at håndvasken ikke er anbragt på badeværelset/toilettet. Personalet er hjælpsomme og venlige.

Room upon entry smelled musty but after a blast with the a/c (very cold!) all was well. Water pressure in shower good, internet not so good and tv pretty much unwatchable as screen was fuzzy and voices unclear but we weren't there to watch tv"

"Beautiful old house on quiet street within walking distance of Kennebunkport centre. The house is full of character and has welcoming hosts. The room (The Study) was downstairs and we were the only guests that night, so was very peaceful. Breakfast was cooked by Chris and was delicious.
Will definitely stay here again when we have the chance. "

"Our only disappointment with the hotel was that the reservations were for an ocean view room but instead we overlooked the parking lot. The hotel was clean, easily accessible, and included a parking which is definitely needed. The Kennebunk area is very busy and in town driving could be hectic. Reservations for dinning and probably anything else should be done in advance. "

"The stay was great! The room was large. The beds were super comfortable and all of the family friendly activities available on the property were really cool. The smores kits every day were a nice touch! We also took advantage of the 15 minute walk to town and 11 minute walk to the beach! Loved our stay!"

"Everything was excellent except one critical thing. The pool lounge chairs/beds have a metal bar that puts pressure on your lower spine and is painful after 15 min. Very uncomfortable and unforgetable."

"The property is great the table lamps by bed did not work and there were no plugs by the beds. There is no air conditioning in the rooms just 2 fans but as long as it’s not over 82 degrees you are fine. The room we stayed in was near the outdoor lighting so you had to pull down your shades fully which also hampered airflow into the room. All in all it was a lovely hotel the staff was wonderful the ground are lovely and we will come back again to stay here. As a bonus despite us not having dogs,...

Pick a balcony, otherwise you are just getting a picture window. I picked up on it, but others in our group did not like their view. "
