The Victorian Farmhouse, known as the Carolina Jewel, is a meticulously restored historic dog-friendly property offering a blend of vintage charm and modern luxury.

The home features five spacious bedrooms, each thoughtfully appointed with a plush king or queen bed, a cozy gas log fireplace, and a private ensuite bathroom, offering the perfect blend of comfort and privacy.



The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for those who enjoy cooking and gathering over a great meal. The inviting great room, dating back to 1845, provides a warm and sophisticated setting to relax and connect, while the large dining table comfortably seats up to eight guests.



The main floor also offers two additional spaces designed for connection and relaxation. The traditional parlor features a Smart TV with cable and a dedicated workspace with a charming roll-top desk. As the only room with a television, it encourages guests to unplug and spend quality time together throughout the rest of the home. You can also gather in the comfortable living room to share stories, enjoy conversation, and cozy up by the fireplace.



Step outside and enjoy the expansive, level lawn—perfect for family games, outdoor activities, and making memories together. The fully equipped kitchen includes the cookware, appliances, and essentials you need to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a home-cooked dinner. The primary bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor, just steps from the common living areas. Upstairs, a lofted second bedroom offers its own private retreat. Both bedrooms feature plush king beds and private full bathrooms for added comfort and convenience.

The homes can be rented individually for a private escape or together for larger groups, family gatherings, and special occasions.



Things to Know:

-All properties come with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
