Walked me through the payment & key card process & I was done & in my room in 5 minutes. She gave us a different room & it was clean & looked like all new bathroom and curtains. "Loved the property, room was clean and had everything you needed!! We had an upgrade that was wonderful!! Only downfall was the outside little deck! No privacy all out In the open, side by side and facing the other units with a walkway in front of it!! Was looking forward to sitting out side but ended up not using it at all.

Noise (from maybe kitchen fans at night from nearby restaurant ) took away from the quiet lawn setting with lots of Adirondack chairs. "Stayed there for a small ski trip. Apart from a slightly boring breakfast, everything about the hotel was fine - from good parking spaces to clean and tidy rooms, to very friendly and helpful staff. And a well-stocked sundries as well. Heard lots of families with small children in a good mood, and the pool seemed to be a big hit. Will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Ski Butternut!"
