This home includes central heat and air, electric fireplace, full size washer/dryer, 7 flat screen smart TVs with one in each bedroom, living space and office offering high speed Spectrum connectivity for internet and Wi-Fi and streaming Spectrum on each TV as well as spacious two car garage.  Home has exterior security camera monitoring.

Please note this is a dog friendly property and allows a maximum of 2 dogs, size is not an issue.  It is the guest's responsibility to contact the property manager at Maggie Mountain Vacations as there is an additional non-refundable pet fee, not included in the base rent.  Unauthorized pets on property will incur a $300 per pet penalty.  No cats or other pets are accepted.

If you’re coming for a long weekend to visit the famed Biltmore Estate, it’s only 35 minutes away. If you’re staying in town and exploring Maggie Valley, you can visit Wheels Through Time Transportation Museum or go skiing at Cataloochee Ski Area or snow tubing at Tube World during the winter months.
