"Wonderful place and very dog friendly. I highly recommend this for a family with kids. The living room has been converted as a terrific game room, and the family room offers lots of seating and a big TV. Several bedrooms on this level too. The sofas were a bit worn, but if you have kids and pets you might not mind. Upstairs the spacious main bedroom has an adjacent room with a bed for the younger kids who you may not want separated from you.The water/marsh view wasn't what we had hoped for, but...

"This vacation house is very much false advertisement, when we pulled up. The grass was uncut pretty much as high as my knees. There was a dog kennel on the side of the house in 100° weather, which is absolutely horrible. The backyard had bushes growing up the house covering the back door and the walkway, it says in the description that you get the whole entire house with your party, but that’s not true. You share the house with 2 to 3 other people that are renting the house or actually living...

"Jonathan was great to work with. His home was very comfortable and so close to St. Simons and Jekkyl Islands. We loved having a big fully-equipped kitchen, large laundry room, and very comfortable beds. The little ones were thrilled with the playhouse and we appreciated the fenced-in yard!!! The main floor bathroom needs to have the peeling paint in the shower area addressed, as well as a coat of paint. The large sectionals in the living room were not very comfortable, but we appreciated that...

"The house was decorated beautifully with a lot of space and a beautiful view. However, the refrigerator had mold all in it so we needed to buy water to drink. And the Internet and cable didn’t work for our entire stay. The host said she tried to fix it. And when it didn’t work for the entirety of our stay she offered to give us a credit back, but she never did. The home itself smelled a little musty, but nothing unlivable."

"What a great place David has! An entire house right down the street from stores, restaurants and even the Ace Hardware and Winn Dixie. The home is spotless, comfortable and has everything you could ever need in a beach rental. We favor East Beach, which is an easy ride from the house. The kitchen is very well equipped and the beds are great. David is easy to communicate with, immediately responsive and pleasant. Can't wait to return."

The unit was clean and nicely put together — and while we never all gathered in the living room to watch TV or visit, it had that easy, welcoming feel that makes you think you could.
