Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire home. The garage is currently used as storage but will be available soon (6/22). Guests will also have acess to the yard, and dock down on the lake.

White Lake is one of Southern Ohio's hidden gems, offering a relaxed lake lifestyle just outside of Waverly. Spend your days boating, fishing, kayaking, or enjoying the view from the deck as boats drift across the water. Walk to the Lake White Club Bar & Grill for dinner and drinks, explore nearby hiking trails and parks, or take a short drive into Waverly for shopping and local restaurants. The peaceful setting makes it easy to unwind while still being close to everything you need.



Other Things to Note:

This property is on a Lake, and all guests must practice water safety at all times with all members of their group. The hill leading down to the lake is steep, and may be hard to navigate for anyone with balance or mobility issues.
