"We had a small problem with hot water on arrival. Amit fixed it as soon as we let him know about it. He really seemed to care that we were happy. The location was within easy walking distance of many places to eat as well as bus and subway stops. And there is a park across the street, to the delight of the six year old in the group who had suffered many a tour. The space worked well for us but the apartment is on four floors. "Great location to Big Ben and the London Eye! Grocery store and restaurants within minutes and park access to unwind and relax. As for the apartment, it was great, heated floors when cold outside, Wi-Fi, comfortable beds and everything else you’ll need. No AC so it was a bit warm for my liking…however they provided lots of fans to move the air around. My only recommendation would be to fix the washer so it dries as well. "
