"The staff were very mixed, some were helpful and very friendly, while others were near hostile and unwilling to help at all. The bar tenders were nice and funny, the spa staff, especially masseuse Rosie, were lovely. The doormen were great. The carpeted floors were stained, but there wasn't a smell in the rooms or hallways. The cleaning service was odd, as they forgot to give me new towels after removing the used ones a couple of times and didn't replace the toilet paper or shampoo when needed....

"The Hotel Provided an extra ordinary Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction & the best Hospitality."

"Really nice please. We had problem with lights and they fixed it as soon as we told them. Clean pool. Clean place. Nice staff. Negative stuff: There's a lot of dogs close by barking and the breakfast is not that good. "

"It was great😍"

" The room was clean, comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. Plus, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. I'll definitely be back!" "

"The staff was very nice and helpful and did all they could. I think the hotel did not have enough staff to handle all the guests, because no one came to clean our room, even when we had requested it. Breakfast was not so good, only a few things to choose and one day only the, no coffee. No juice and no cheese and the milk only 2 days. We stayed 7 days, and we generally enjoyed it, but we should not have chosen breakfast. Quit place and a nice atmosphere inside and around the hotel. The "

"Very nice and helpful staff. Amazing view from the rooftop terrace where the breakfast was served. "

"Very convenient hotel"
