"We visited our son in Toledo and the house was perfect for the weekend. "

"The owners and staff are terrific - very welcoming and caring. The cabin is cute and cozy. The river runs right in front of the cabin, with access to kayaks, etc. right there. Waterville is a very cute town with good eateries. I loved the Toledo Zoo which is nearby. Do be aware, however, if you are looking for an isolated cabin in the woods, this one is part of 12 cabins along the river, like a campground. It was quiet and everyone was great, but you will have neighbors. I loved my stay...

"We had a great stay and loved the location and view of the river. The place was very clean and well stocked. There was also a basket full of snacks and goodies for us. The refrigerator also had bottled water and drinks. The host was very kind and responsive to us. We will definitely be back again. "

"The home has a serious ant problem, the grass looked like it hadn’t been mowed all season and there were no clean wash cloths. Found towels stuffed in a linen closet and the three wash cloths in the closet were stained. Outside of home dilapidated and surrounding buildings and property. Terrible traffic noise. Would not recommend."

"Our family use the property while we moved our child into the University of Toledo. The house was very comfortable, clean and located close to where we needed to be. If I need to come back this will be a top choice to stay at."

"It was a beautiful home. My husband and I brought his mother and sister for a visit to see family near the Perrysburg area. The location was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is just beautiful. The only thing was we needed to know our TV app passwords so we could watch the television. But we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much!"
