The creek right outside the veranda door was a welcomed sight with a roaring current that was a pleasure to hear.
The room was clean and would not hesitate to return to this location if the opportunity arose.

"Originally couldn't make my Saturday night reservation due to circumstances beyond my control but the staff graciously (and without hesitation) changing it to the night after, even though this was a fully paid reservation and they didn't have to do so. My son ended up staying and he loved it! Thanks BMI for being so understanding and gracious! It helped the stressful weekend be much less so!"

"Was great!! The guy in the lobby was so nice. First, he double checked the room before we stayed in it to make sure it was good. We accidentally overslept and he knocked on the door at 11 and was so nice. We left in a hurry and he called to tell us we left something behind. Will.absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend"

"Godt hotel til en god pris tæt på Cherokee og Smoky Mountains. En fin base for at køre rundt og ikke mindst blot nyde et par rolige dage udenfor en storby. Det er påtvungen at have en bil for at komme dertil, men det er også nødvendigt for at kunne spise nogenlunde mad. Morgenmaden er middelmådig, men som alle andre steder i USA - og desværre bruger de ekstremt meget plastik hver dag. "This is an absolutely fantastic place. The experience starts in the nice lobby with a friendly and smiling greeting. I am glad we found this gem of an inn. Spacious and clean rooms and a great pool area. There is a couple of nice smaller restaurants across the street, and you can enjoy an evening stroll along the river. We should have stayed longer."
