"Very nice place and location. Staff is very friendly.The Town Home was quiet and clean. Kitchen, baths and bedroom was all good. LR furniture is dated and could be replaced. Bar/Restaurant on premises. More 2 minutes away on Main St. Minutes from skiing."

This place was perfect for all our needs like shower, rooms/beds, kitchen filled with all necessities, great parking. There was plenty of space for everyone and kids would have a great yard area to play in. "

"We had a really great stay at Michael's house in Bethal. We travelled with adults and several teenage boys celebrating our son's 17th birthday with a few days skiing at Sunday River. The house had everything we could have needed for 3 adults and 6 teenage boys We cooked all our meals in the kitchen and it is stocked with every dish, utensil, pots, pans and more than enough space. The teens absoultely LOVED the first floor to themselves. The bedrooms, game room, hot tub etc. It was really nice...

"We had a great stay. House was wonderful. The bottom floor does not have heat but heaters are provided. A bit getting use to but ended up being fine. Great communication and great spot. Will definitely rent again. "

"Great location. As others have said, there are no window coverings, however the property is quite secluded. The house only has a dresser/drawers in one bedroom and there are no hanging closets, plan to live out of your suitcases. The underfloor heat cannot keep up with low winter temperatures, expect low sixties inside if the outside temperature drops below 15F. I would not recommend during Jan and Feb. Animals in the attic.
