This home is a relaxing 3 bedroom 2 bath get away with an eclectic design located on the tranquil Fox River. Comfortably sleeps 8 guests. Come stay with us and enjoy great kayaking, canoeing, and campfires or time in the hot tub. Close by are bike trails, park/dog park, restaurants and coffee shop. This home is perfect for a family to get away from the hustle of the big cities.

The kitchen is well equipped and stocked with all the basic cooking essentials you need to prepare a family meal as well as coffee for you to enjoy in the screened-in sun porch. The 1st floor has a full bath and 2 bedrooms, 1 with a king bed, the other with a queen bed. The lower-level has 2 separate-half baths (1 with shower, 1 with toilet, both have sinks), a bedroom with 2 queen beds and bar area with a TV, foosball table and dart board. The lower level also allows a direct walk out to the year-round hot tub.

Outside you will find a deck with patio table, chairs and a gas grill (propane provided). There is also a fire pit (wood provided), kayaks-free for your use and a large yard.

The surrounding areas of Waterford, Burlington and Lake Geneva have plenty of activities, restaurants and bars to choose from. We are located just 18 minutes away from Alpine Valley for summer concerts, winter skiing and tubing

The entire home is yours to use during your stay, so make yourself at home.

Things to Know:

We  require our guests to be ID verified either thru AirBnb or by us. 

Check in time is 3pm/Check out time is 10am. 

Early check in/late checkout: We are happy to accommodate an early check in or late check out whenever possible. There is an early check-in fee of $75 and a late check-out fee of $75. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out or on the same day as your arrival or departure, so we can only approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please let us know so we can initiate an advance payment.

Check-out: Please do a thorough check for anything you might have forgotten; don't forget to look under beds, couches, etc. Please check-out on time unless otherwise approved and late check-out fee is paid for.

Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet time outside after 9pm.
There are no guests, visitors, gatherings or parties allowed.
The owner will visit to treat the hot tub as necessary
No smoking allowed in the home.

**Please Note: This property is located on the Fox River and you will encounter bugs such as mosquitoes, flies, bees, spiders, ants, to name a few.  We do treat for insects monthly, however it is impossible to keep the house and property completely bug free**

Pets are allowed and MUST be pre-approved by the owner
Once pet pre-approval is obtained a non refundable $50.00 per day pet deposit is required.  Dogs must be leashed or on tie outs at all times.  Dogs MUST be cleaned up after. We will charge a $150.00 outside waste clean-up fee if guests do not clean up after their pets.
