Nice conversations, games evenings together or delicious dinners are just as much a part of the experience as the exceptionally clean and tastefully furnished rooms and facilities! "The Red Frog Resort is a beautifully located area. Although it rained for most of the time, the beach and property are amazing. We saw sloths, monkeys and of corse the red frogs throughout our stay. The staff was so nice and made us feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a quiet and beautiful experience in Bocas. "

"Ataraxia is a peaceful and beautiful place hidden between jungle and sea. Saw plenty of wild life both on land and at sea. The food was delicious and the owners and staff always teady to go the extra mile to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. Would come back a hundred times if i could. For.the price difference treat yourself to an ocean view cabin, they are fantastic."

"We used Boca as a base to explore. The place is small but comfortable beds, full kitchen in our unit and a full shared kitchen across the hall. Air conditioning is quiet and powerful. Power outlets by every bed. Erica the manager is very friendly and helpful. The daily rate is unbeatable. A good supermarket around the corner. We stayed 4 nights. Consider take the bus and do the bat cave."

"A two-night stay at this charming hotel on Cristobal Island, tucked away from all noise. Nature at its best. Freshly caught lobsters and seafood, and the best gourmet breakfasts and dinners prepared by the owners. We shared laughs, stories, and karaoke in the evenings with other guests. They also coordinate tours and other activities on the beaches and surrounding islands. Also I recommend this wonderful place for a Pilates retreat - Yoga - Family reunion promotion, etc."

"The location was just far enough away from the busy Bocas Town it made it feel like we were on our own private island. Attractive rooms with the best view and an overall inviting aura. The thing that made this an 11/10 is the food and food service. Every meal was amazing and served with a friendly smile. The lounge chairs on the deck made it hard to leave this serine location."

"If you're looking to unplug for a few days, Aqui Hoy is absolutely fantastic!! Quiet, small, intimate with personalized service. Cathy was very hospitable & warm, plus she cooks all 3 meals AND is the bartender. Simply wonderful. Somewhat rustic but it was what we were looking for, if you want to enjoy the action in Boca, water taxi will have you there in 7min. But the water views, solitude and pure relaxation was great. We will absolutely return! We stayed for 2 nights just to get a feel for...

The only thing to be mindful about is the constant requests for taxis or tours (or what our plans are for tomorrow) at the nearby businesses on the street. But there’s not much the hotel can do about that, and it may be helpful for some tourists. "
