"きれいな良かったです"

"ok location of the hotel and ok surroundings. however, the room seemed in poor condition due to moisture, which you could also see in the corridors and especially smells in the room. The view was across a very boring large roof surface. We were happy to only have to stay there for 2 nights."

"Upon our arrival, an employee greeted us and helped with luggage. The public area was elegant and displayed so many beautiful artwork and antiques. Being at the top of a hill and by the ocean/bay, the view was gorgeous especially during cherry blossom season. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection mainly Japanese food including pacific lobster miso soup. There was a spacious coffee/tea ( snacks) area with the same beautiful view. "Beautiful ryokan within walking distance to Ise Grand Shrine. Exceptionally clean and quiet room with tatami and private outdoor bath. We utilized the amazing interior private onsens for a relaxing soak. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and served by a very polite, gentle spoken and attentive young gentleman. There is no better customer care than in Japan."

"一泊二食付きのプランで宿泊。バイキングの料理はまぁまぁかな？でも海鮮関係はとても美味しかったので海鮮メニューをもう少し増やしたらもっといいのになと思った。 敷地内に天文館があり大きな望遠鏡で月や、星。そして土星の観察が出来たのは凄く良かった。 大浴場のシャンプー、リンス、ボディーシャンプーがPOLAだったのに部屋のは違うものだったのでPOLAだったら良かったです。 フロントの方、売店の方、レストランの方はとても笑顔で接客してくれたのでとても良かったです。 又泊まりに行きたいなと思いました。"
