Please notice, that Thongbay is outside Luang Prabang city center. They do have shuttle service and it's easy to go back and forth, but if you prefer the convenience of staying in the center of town, You have to choose otherwise.

The only thing is it’s a bit further from the city, but I enjoyed walking everyday, and we also had a motorbike to go around. The hotel offers shuttle to town too, multiple times per day, but we didn’t use it. Surroundings are stunning, and I watched the sunset from the river next to the hotel. Resortet har en superlækker beliggenhed og meget dejligt pool område med poolbar og god mad samt drikke. God morgenmad - eneste indsigelse var dog kaffen.
