"I’ve always loved the residence inn, this one was my favorite location so far! The lobby when we walked in was so nice and clean, very helpful staff. Our room was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast was amazing! We got the studio room, it was very spacious and clean, my 1 year was able to roam free with 0 worries of her getting into something or getting hurt. Would absolutely stay here again in the future!!"

"Well that was a pleasant surprise. I lived in Ptown for many years. We always looked down our noses at the Holiday Inn at the end of town. Here I was, 20 years later with kids and in need of a hotel with a pool, parking, and two queen beds. The pics looked great. So did the reviews, so I made a reservation. WHAT A DELIGHT. He was also very welcoming and cooked an incredible breakfast. If you are interested in Massachusetts and/or early American history and want a stay with a difference I would thoroughly recommend Josiah Keith House."

"The hotel had just opened like two weeks prior, so there was some things that was still needed to be adjusted like the TV and the phones in my initial room didn’t work. No I did not like the fact that when I got to the hotel, there was no one at the front desk. I had to wait for someone to come. Very very helpful though. Staff was very pleasant and helpful"

"There was hair on the pillow. There was hair on the towels. There was hair on the bathroom floor. I had the front desk clerk come and change the sheets because there was a stain of dirt on the sheets. When you pulled back the covers. I was exhausted when I arrived and just didn't have the energy to go to a different hotel. The photographs are misleading. Do not stay at this hotel. I paid $300 a night and it was a complete total rip-off. It was worse than motel 6. It should have been $69 a night!"

"It was an okay hotel. The fact that it is a homeless shelter w/ripped screens from the windows, clothes hanging in the windows and nondescripts hanging out around the property smoking and doing god knows what. The room smelled of urine with stains on the couch and the mattress. The shower was not throughly cleaned. There were pubic hairs in the shower as well as on a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower rod. I would not stay again nor recommend. Staff was nice but just not our type of...

"I had an excellent stay. All the way from the desk clerks, breakfast attendants, and housekeepers they provided superb service. The hotel was well maintained inside and outside and no type of debris lying anywhere. The food was excellent and the breakfast attendants had such lively and glowing personalities. All employees gave outstanding service and made me feel welcome with their warmth, being attentive, and made me feel valued as a customer and a person. It was a pleasure to stay here."
