We are nestled in the picturesque red rocks of Southern Utah. Our resort style neighborhood offers a lazy river, pool with a water slide, 2 hot tubs, a splash pad, and 2 pickle ball courts. We are centrally located between all the attractions Southern Utah has to offer.

When you feel like heading into town, downtown St. George is 10 minutes away by car to enjoy fine eateries and shopping. Looking for something to do after dinner, catch a live performance at Tuacahn Center for the Arts which is only 20 minutes away.

This fully private standalone home boasts natural light from numerous windows, illuminating the pristine interior of this cozy 2300-square-foot home! The well thought-out furnishings are sure to keep you and your guests comfortable and entertained.

The home is fully furnished offering 2 washers and dryers with a start pack of detergent and bathrooms stocked with overnight essentials. A three-car garage with EV charger, private driveway, and ample neighborhood guest parking for boats, RVs, and trailers will give you and your guests all the space to come and go as you please!

The open concept living space is a cozy place to relax after a day of adventure. The 65” smart TV will stream your favorite shows with ample seating space. The fiber speed wireless internet will support streaming and Zoom at the same time with unlimited usage.

When you grow hungry, don't hesitate to head into the fully equipped kitchen! Create favorites or new dishes alike with ease utilizing the stainless steel appliances, ample cookware, toaster, electric hand mixer, crockpot, and drip coffee makers. Once everything is ready, gather around the 8-person dining table to savor the spread.

Unwind in the first floor spacious king suite with a private bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in shower. The king suite boasts a red rock view, 55” smart TV, and a workspace if you need to privately respond to emails. If you’re traveling with multiple families, there is a second king suite upstairs with en-suite bathroom. The Disney themed bunk room with two twin over full bunk beds with a pull out twin trundle is perfect for all the kids.

Our resort style neighborhood offers a lazy river, a heated pool with a 3 story water slide, a splash pad, two hot tubs, and two pickle ball courts. The amenities are open year round from 10am to 10pm and available on a first come basis.

PLEASE NOTE: Reservation requests with pets cannot be accommodated at this property.

Our hot tub is serviced on Mondays and Thursdays. The pool company will let themselves into to the backyard to check the hot tub levels without interactions with the guest. If for some reason the hot tub needs to sit a few hours before use, the host will contact you via Airbnb message.
