* Home is dog friendly and we do not charge a pet fee for one small dog. If you have more than 1 dog or if your dog is larger than 17 pounds - please inquire. We have made exceptions and absolutely willing to consider - pet fee may apply for larger/additional dogs. Please send us a message. We are happy to help!

You will have total privacy and access to the entire home during your stay (with the exception of one locked closet under the stairs).

We have 2 brand new homes next door to this home as well as additional properties in St George area. We would love to help find the perfect property for you!

--> We do not accept Check-ins or Check-Outs on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. Those are the only 2 days of the year that we give our team (cleaners/inspectors/maintenance) the day off as they work every other day including holidays. I am sure you understand the importance of spending Thanksgiving and Christmas Day with family.
