Walking inside your sun-filled retreat, instantly take notice of the plush living room adorned with soft seating and a large TV. The full kitchen will have the adoration of the chef of your family with its suite of stainless steel appliances, center island, and gleaming granite countertops. Dining will come easy at the formal dining table, at the breakfast bar, or at the quaint breakfast nook.

The primary bedroom is an oasis in itself with its tasteful artwork and en suite bathroom. Here, you can indulge in self-care when you rinse off in the impressive walk-in shower and spa-like soaking tub. Rest assured that your loved ones will be beyond content and comfortable in the additional three bedrooms. Additional interior perks include central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer, making chore time the least of your concerns.

Come evening, fire up the gas grill to host a barbecue and enjoy a game of Ping-Pong or Pacman in the renovated garage-turned-game room. The garage also comes equipped with pickleball paddles, volleyballs, and two bikes.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s).
Onsite pool complex is now open- with large pool, large water slide, lazy river, splash pad, hot tub, bathrooms and plenty of seating to soak up the sun.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
