Great location in Old town Alexandria, VA. You will be in walking distance to a multitude of restaurants, museums, & activity in Old town while having your own backyard oasis including a hot tub.

Enjoy a stylish experience in a quiet neighborhood in Old Town, the heart of Alexandria. Located just minutes from Washington, D.C., voted one of Travel + Leisure’s Best Cities in the U.S. 2023, and one of The South’s Best Cities 2024 by Southern Living.

You will find restaurants with waterfront views, as well as numerous boat tours and water taxis that can take you to multiple scenic locations within the area.

This is a perfect location if you want to stay in a safe neighborhood that is close, but not too close to the hustle & bustle of the D.C. area. You can travel easily by walking, bike, or 2 metros located within walking distance.



This is a private house with no shared spaces. You have access to your own kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, and three bedrooms over approximately 1584 square ft

You will be delighted with everything you need for a cozy stay. The kitchen is equipped with cooking basics: coffee, tea, microwave, oven, toaster, etc. Enjoy the luxury experience that you deserve with a Dyson hair dryer and straightener, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body lotion provided by Ritz Carlton.

The backyard is an urban oasis with a hot tub, where you’ll be able to relax from your day-to-day troubles.

Peter was kind to me and always responsive to all my questions and doubts that I had. This was our first time in Alexandria/D.C. area and helped to explain the rules of the signs (Huge thanks).Our little dog (Yoshi) loved it and ran everywhere. The house was pack with all the basic needs and that was more than enough as we brought everything else. We talked about coming again this next summer and definitely will consider this house and Peter as a first choice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is so convenient, you can walk everywhere and leave your car in the driveway. The accommodations were clean, modern, and pet friendly for our dog. Even though we didn’t get time to use the hot tub, the patio was so relaxing. The fireplace in the living room was perfect for chilly mornings. Also, our host’s communication was always prompt and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Alexandria!

Hosts are very responsive and kind. Welcome gift was wonderful. All the amenities of a 5 star hotel with the comforts of home. Hosts go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable, and I hope to stay here again in the future. Our fur babies were also welcomed with open arms and thought of. Couldn’t have had a better stay! Home is also immaculate!

Perfect spot, beautiful home, lots of extras! Great hot tub, gas fireplace was cozy and a great added amenities! Awesome communication with host. Comfortable beds! The stay was amazing. The host did a great job! The house is beyond great. We had a great time. We will be back! Soaking in the hot tub as it snowed at night was a lifetime memory. The area is great with lots to do. The big casino is right across the bridge. And parking was good.

When in Alexandria, look no further - this is the place to stay! Both the host & the place were excellent - From prompt, courteous responses to a beautiful and comfortable place to stay! All were simply wonderful! And the Hot Tub was "icing on the cake"!

So happy we selected this home for our Old Town Alexandria stay. The home was very clean, nicely furnished and really enjoyed the fireplace. TV’s had all kinds of Apps loaded and Direct TV so finding college and NFL games was easy. Hot tub was used each day and the backyard has Edison lights always keeping yard well lit. We brought our two small dogs and they loved looking out the windows watching all the pet owners walking by with their dogs. Large kitchen area was very well stocked with coffee and owner had local bakery cookies out for our arrival. Son got engaged on the trip and owner was extremely accommodating and had bottle of champagne for the big event! The location is ideal for walking down to King Street shops and restaurants. Easy to drive into DC as well. I’ll definitely look at staying here again when we are in town visiting. You won’t have any regrets staying here.

Loved the house and area it was in. Close to everything we wanted to do.Peter the host was very easy to contact . It was only 2 of us so only used master bedroom but the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Weekend in Washington DC

AMAZING!! Peter is the BEST HOST we have ever encountered in our years of staying in vacation rentals. From the ease of booking, to his generosity of home made cookies from a local Old Town Bakery, chilled on ice bubbly, ice cold sodas, Gatorade, yogurt and so much more !! We accidentally locked ourselves out and Peter responded in minutes to get us back inside. This beautiful home is short of gorgeous, with all of the upgrades you’d expect in a newly constructed home!! The kitchen is to live for, the bedrooms are splendid and comfortable, the backyard is private, relaxing and so very well thought out!! We will stay here again, it literally felt like our home away from home!! Thank you again so much Peter!!

Lovely Stay in Old Town

Lovely property. The host was very welcoming and did a wonderful job with communication. The property has a great kitchen and a beautiful fireplace. We didn't get into the hot tub sadly but also found it very dog-friendly. Would certainly recommend.
