The location is primarily a dynamically developing cultural district of the Capital, a place that perfectly combines tranquillity with a modern, metropolitan character. It is well communicated with other parts of the city, has a well-developed urban infrastructure, numerous bus and tram stops and a Metro station. They make it possible to move comfortably and quickly throughout Warsaw. In the close vicinity of the building there are many attractive places, restaurants with cuisine from all over the world and cosy cafes. The convenient location at Okopowa Street allows you to enjoy the full range of city amenities, as well as offering excellent access to cultural, retail and catering establishments. APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

The spacious flat has an area of 65 m² and can accommodate 6 people. It will be an excellent choice for families with children or groups of friends travelling together. The bright, homely décor with functional furnishings will make your stay as pleasant as possible and make our guests feel at home. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa bed, TV, armchair and chest of drawers. The next room is a pass-through bedroom closed with a screen. There is a double sofa bed which converts into a sleeping area for 2 people at night. Directly from this room you can enter the second bedroom, which is furnished with a comfortable double bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils necessary for preparing meals. There is also a table and chairs, a washing machine, an oven and a dishwasher. The flat's multimedia equipment includes a TV with SmartTV function and WIFI internet access. The bright bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, hairdryer and towels. The furnished balcony provides the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee.
