Wola, thanks to its dynamic development, has become the business heart of the city with numerous office buildings, retail and catering outlets. The location of the apartment building provides excellent access to other districts, thanks to nearby bus stops. There are two metro stations within 1.5 km. The business centre can be reached in less than 10 minutes and the Old Town in 25 minutes. It is an excellent base for exploring Warsaw's museums and monuments, as well as feeling the atmosphere of the city. The proximity to the metro and the city centre allows guests to fully enjoy the delights of the capital.

This comfortably furnished studio flat can accommodate 2 guests. It consists of a living room with kitchenette, balcony and bathroom with shower. A great asset is the air conditioning that takes care of the appropriate temperature of the interior. Functional equipment of the flat such as a washing machine, microwave and dishwasher makes you feel at home. The interior is warm and tastefully furnished. There is furniture on the balcony where you can drink coffee and watch the life of Warsaw regardless of the weather, thanks to the glass protection.
