The Space:

The elegant apartment is located on the 11th floor of a modern building. The interior has been finished with the utmost attention to detail, featuring subtle golden accents, bottle green, and classic white. The apartment can accommodate four people, making it an ideal choice for groups traveling together or families. The 46 m² space is divided into a living room with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony. The living room is equipped with a comfortable, fold-out sofa, providing an excellent place to rest and relax. During warmer days, you can enjoy coffee or tea on the furnished balcony. The kitchenette is fully equipped and perfect for cooking delicious meals, featuring an induction hob, oven, and microwave. A dishwasher will surely come in handy after a shared meal. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed ensuring a good night's sleep. Both the living room and bedroom are fully air-conditioned. The designer bathroom includes a shower and a washing machine, which will be invaluable during longer stays. The apartment is equipped for remote work – the living room includes a desk and chair, and fast WiFi is available in all rooms. Guests also have access to a flat-screen TV (SmartTV+) with cable channels. At the start of each stay, we provide a complimentary set of toiletries, towels, and bed linen.

Śródmieście is a vibrant district full of entertainment and attractions, ensuring there is something for everyone. The rich culinary scene makes it the perfect destination for food enthusiasts and those seeking new culinary experiences, with restaurants serving cuisines from around the world, including Korean, Indian, and Italian. History buffs will appreciate the architecture of old Warsaw and the short distance to the Warsaw Uprising Museum. It is also worth visiting the nearby Browary Warszawskie gastronomic area. In the vicinity, you will find the famous Hala Mirowska, a five-minute walk away – a legendary place full of unique charm. You can reach the city center (Palace of Culture and Science) in less than fifteen minutes, as well as the Warszawa Centralna railway station. Despite being in a densely built-up area, the neighborhood includes numerous green spaces, such as Mirowski Park and the beautiful Saxon Garden. The location is well-connected to the rest of Warsaw, with the nearest metro station, Rondo ONZ, just a six-minute walk away.
