The Return to Water, the third-floor, top-floor residence, was intentionally designed to celebrate gathering, flow, and creative connection.
With skylit ceilings, an open communal plan, and an airy loft-like feel, this is a place to come together, spread out, and experience Warren from above.

Guests have access to a beautifully designed shared spa area on the ground level, featuring a 6-person hot tub, sauna, fire pit, and outdoor shower. Shared with guests from the other units, the space is fully fenced for added privacy, and you may see others enjoying the amenities during your stay.
The Story
Once the historic site of the Warren Water Company, The Return | Warren is rooted in the concept of Land Stewardship—the idea that no one owns the land because we are each part of the Earth. Throughout the property, the interior design draws inspiration from the surrounding environment as a way to restore, reflect, and imagine a more creative future.

The building includes four separate units, which means there may also be light noise from neighboring guests. This is a historic property, and some of the stairways are naturally narrow and steep. Please use caution when navigating them. Due to the age and character of the home, the doors may stick slightly during warmer months.

• No parties or events. Violations may result in immediate termination of the stay
• Exterior camera installed solely to monitor cleaning operations for quality and security
• Guests must be 21 years or older to book
Parking
• Tandem parking for up to two vehicles on site
• Additional parking available in the adjacent lot in front of the Italian American Club
• Failure to follow parking instructions may result in an additional fee
Guest Verification
To ensure a smooth and secure stay:
• Primary guest must complete screening within 48 hours of booking
• Reservations are not fully confirmed until completed
Prior to check-in, verified guests will be asked to:
• Sign a rental agreement agreeing to all terms and conditions
• Provide a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card
• Pay a non-refundable $60 damage waiver
• Damage must be reported while you are still at the property
• Normal wear and tear is expected
