With the local pub, shop and beach within 500 metres, you’re perfectly placed to embrace the laid-back Dorset seaside lifestyle, whether you fancy dipping into crystal-clear waters, enjoying an evening Sauna, exploring rockpools or simply relaxing with an ice-cream on the shore. Just 150 metres away, join the popular South West Coast Path and follow it along to the iconic Durdle Door natural limestone arch (1.5 miles), perfect for unforgettable photo moments. Outdoor activities enthusiasts can hire kayaks or paddleboards, try coasteering or take a guided walk through the chalky cliffs and milestone geological finds. The village of West Lulworth offers traditional pubs and cafés, and a heritage centre that explains the coast’s story. For adventures further afield, Wool Train Station is only 5 miles away and offers direct trains to Poole, Weymouth and London Waterloo.

    With its private entrance, stone exterior and symmetrical appearance, this gorgeous detached holiday home truly has the wow factor. Its upside-down layout means there are four bedrooms on the ground level, one super-king-size and one king-size both with en-suite shower rooms, one super-king-size, and one twin with two double beds (for two guests maximum) sharing a family bathroom with a spa-like feel. Completing this floor is a handy utility room, with plenty of storage and a washer/dryer and home gym. Heading upstairs via the elegant timber staircase to the expansive first-floor open-plan living area here you’ll find the kitchen complete with a central island for chilling with drinks while others cook. There are separate dining and lounging zones, with everything framed by sea-view windows and glass doors leading out to the glass-fronted balcony, with stunning views over the cove, the perfect spot for relaxing with a book and a drink. On the other side of the living space, more glass doors lead out to the huge garden. This floor also has a snug with wood burner, Smart TV and PlayStation, and separate WC. You will also find the master bedroom a super-king-size, complete with a dressing room and en-suite bathroom with roll-top bath and a shower. Last but definitely not least, another staircase leads to the spectacular roof terrace with seating for year-round sea views and stargazing that are hard to forget.

    Outside, the spacious lawned garden wraps around the house, giving you and your group plenty of space to stretch out and for children to play (please note - the garden is not enclosed). There is plenty of seating and a gas BBQ. The garden backs onto woodland for a beautifully rural feel. Private parking for up to five vehicles means arrivals and departures are straight forward.
