If a TV is critical for you, there are two but they're quite small by today's standard. There are window ac units that we used to bring in air, but we never needed the ac. "We stayed in this property bc our daughter’s graduation (Amherst) was sold out. We used the property to have a place to sleep and shower exclusively.The duplex was clean, well equipped with towels and linens. We used two of the 3 bedrooms. The king size bed was comfortable enough. The queen size bed (not the bunk bed) was very uncomfortable according to my daughter and her partner. "The property is in disrepair. The glass door before you can reach the lockbox with the key to open the home it’s not functional. I needed to find and object to pry open the glass door to get to the lockbox has a key to enter the house. Once in the house there is not silverware or dishware for two people to have a meal let alone four. There is no instructions to increase the temperature in the house so while I was there in Harvard between 60 Degrees and 65 if it was sunny outside"
