We took advantage of the screened in porch for morning coffee and evening relaxing with the family. It's a great feature of this house. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed during our stay. The grill I think may have been brand new and worked flawlessly. One reason we stayed here was the access to the river. "Very welcoming home. It was a great place to relax and enjoy time with our family. It served as a perfect “base camp” for hikes at Shenandoah National Park. The home owner has provided additional amenities (soap, shampoo, k-cups, games,…) which was an added bonus. We really enjoyed our stay."

The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice. Best part was how private it was. The other rental on property was in a good spot to provide seclusion for each house and the check-in/check-out process was extremely smooth.
