Penthouse apartment with a large terrace and dike views in a new building from 2022. Modern, bright, with an infrared sauna, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed / 2 single beds), and great attention to detail.

Our holiday apartment, "Hygge," is a place to relax, unwind, and unwind. The name says it all: Scandinavian-inspired, comfortably furnished, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing break.

Everything is new, well-maintained, and furnished in a way that makes us feel completely at home—because we enjoy spending time here.

Penthouse apartment in new building

The apartment is located at the very top of the building (built in 2022), modern, bright and with a real highlight: the large penthouse terrace. From here, the view sweeps over the dike – and at the same time, you can enjoy the peace and privacy at a lofty height.

Inside, you'll find a spacious living-dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of light and provide direct access to the terrace.

The two bedrooms make the apartment ideal for families:

• a cozy double bed room
• a second room with two single beds

For the perfect day at the beach, you will have your own free beach chair at the Hooksiel sandy beach.

Private sauna

For cooler days, there's another highlight: our infrared sauna – perfect for warming up after a walk by the sea.

Bicycle garage & private parking

Practical amenities are of course also available:

• a lockable bicycle room with e-bike charging station
• an elevator
• a free parking space right in front of the door.

Discover Hooksiel and the North Sea

Just a few minutes away is the beautiful Hooksieler sandy beach with shallow water – ideal for families and little explorers. And so you can truly enjoy the beach, we've reserved a private beach chair for our guests—free of charge, right on the most beautiful part of the beach. Here you can enjoy the sun, the sea, and the fresh North Sea air for hours.

The Wadden Sea, with its ebb and flow, is a real adventure for children. Hooksiel also offers plenty of variety: bike rentals, a sailing school, boat rentals for tours on the Hooksiel Inland Sea, water skiing, restaurants, and shopping.

The surrounding area is also worth exploring: whether a trip to the charming brewery town of Jever, a day at the beach in Horumersiel or Schillig, or simply long walks along the dike – there's something for everyone here. Day trips to the East Frisian islands of Langeoog, Spiekeroog, and Wangerooge are also possible.
