The master bedroom features a queen bed and private ensuite, opening directly onto a sunny, private backyard — your own quiet retreat after an action-packed day. The second and third bedrooms also offer queen beds. A separate laundry with combined washer/dryer is a handy bonus for longer stays.

Year-round comfort is taken care of with a heat pump in the lounge, individual heaters in all three bedrooms, and underfloor heating in both bathrooms — so whether you`re coming in from a bluebird powder day or a summer evening on the lake, you`ll always return to a warm and welcoming home.

The compact garage is purpose-built for the active traveller — store your skis, snowboards, mountain bikes, or lake gear with ease. Step outside and you`re just a short walk from the Northlake café and local shop, the pump track, and tennis courts. The Outlet boat ramp and Sticky Forest mountain bike park are just minutes away.

Wānaka, year-round Winter brings world-class skiing at Cardrona and Treble Cone. Summer means lake swims, trail rides, and long golden evenings. Spring and autumn offer the trails and the lake without the crowds. Northlake Retreat is ready for all of it.
